Joe moved to the central coast 10 years ago with his wife and two daughters to help start a family vineyard in Cambria Ca. While the vineyard was young he used his knowledge as a general contractor to work and become involved in the local central coast community. After working with local contractors and in the family vineyard for several years, he resumed getting his Real Estate license.
Now in Real Estate full time for the past 8 years he is drawing on his knowledge in construction, ranching and vineyard management to assist both buyers and sellers in realizing their dreams. The importance of team work from beginning to end creates a seamless transaction and Joe has drawn from many companies on the central coast to create that flow to keep things moving forward.
Joe is a member of the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He has served on community groups for the locale high school and is an active member of the American Quarter Horse Association.
Joe has helped many clients to become a part of the San Luis Obispo County and all that it has to offer.
